Terms of Service
This summary is provided for information only and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before use in production.
1. Acceptance
By accessing OMRAN you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the firm you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
OMRAN provides matter management, drafting assistance, legal research, and workflow tools. Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal advice. Users remain responsible for verifying and adapting any generated content.
3. Accounts and access
Firm administrators are responsible for granting and revoking access to their users and for the acts of anyone using their credentials. Sharing credentials outside the firm is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe third-party rights, upload malware, attempt to bypass security, or use another firm's data without authorization.
5. Data ownership
Firms retain ownership of the matter, document, and client data they upload. LEXPATH AI receives a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed on the schedule shown at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis without implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEXPATH AI's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate on notice. On termination, firms may export their data within a reasonable window before it is deleted per retention policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC courts, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
