1. Who we are
OMRAN is a legal workspace operated by LEXPATH AI. We provide matter management, drafting, and analysis tools to law firms and their clients across the GCC.
2. Data we process
We process account data (name, email, role, firm), matter and document content that firms upload, usage telemetry needed to operate the service, and audit records required for security and compliance.
3. How we use it
Data is used to provide the service the firm has requested, to secure the platform against abuse, to meet legal obligations, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
4. AI processing
Documents and matter content may be processed by third-party AI providers on our behalf to power drafting, analysis, and translation. These providers act as processors under written agreements and do not train foundation models on firm content.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level security so each firm can only reach its own records.
6. Retention
Firm data is retained for the life of the account and for a limited period after termination to allow export and to meet legal obligations. Audit logs are retained for a longer period as required for compliance.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or export of their personal data by contacting their firm administrator or writing to support@legalfriend.ai.
